thats where you have to know html knowledge, i taught myself everything through the years through tutorials... search createblog for some html tutorials :)

you have to have html knowledge and a photo editing program like photoshop. Theres really nothing else i can explain cuz i taught myself everything i know through the years. Just check tutorials and go from there :)
